1. About these terms
Launcher1 is an Android application published under the project name Nxc91. The app was built by Onni Kilpeläinen, a developer based in Finland. There is no company behind the project — just one person who built it.
Where these Terms talk about "Nxc91", it refers to the project and the app. Where they talk about "Onni Kilpeläinen", it refers to the actual person legally responsible for the project.
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the Launcher1 Android application (the "App") and the website at Nxc91.com (together, the "Service"). The legal provider of the Service is:

By installing, opening or using the App, or by using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.
2. The App
Launcher1 is a minimal Android home-screen launcher. It includes optional features such as daily app limits, focus mode and open-delay. Most data is stored locally on your device. Detailed information on data handling is in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.
3. License to use the App
Subject to these Terms, Nxc91 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. Nothing in this license transfers ownership of the App, its source code or any related intellectual property to you.
4. Things you must not do
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law;
- distribute, sell, sublicense or otherwise commercialise the App;
- remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other notices in the App;
- use the App to violate any law or to infringe any third-party right;
- use the App to harass, harm, deceive or impersonate anyone;
- attempt to bypass any technical limitations of the App or interfere with its operation.
5. Permissions, accounts and your device
The App relies on Android permissions you grant (for example, Usage access). You are responsible for the permissions you choose to grant or revoke and for keeping your device, Google account and any backup secure. Nxc91 is not responsible for actions taken on your device by other apps or by people with access to your device.
6. Distribution
The App is distributed through Google Play. Your installation, payment (if any), refund and update of the App through Google Play are also governed by Google's terms, including the Google Play Terms of Service. Nxc91 has no control over Google's pricing, refund or availability decisions on the Play Store.
7. Changes to the App
Nxc91 may update, change or remove features of the App at any time, for example to fix bugs, improve performance, comply with platform requirements or change direction. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated version. If a change materially reduces functionality you previously paid for, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer law.
8. Intellectual property
The App, the website, the Launcher1 name and logo, the Nxc91 name and logo, and all related content are owned by Onni Kilpeläinen (or his licensors) and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Open-source components used by the App are governed by their own licenses, listed in the App's open-source notices screen.
9. Feedback
If you send Nxc91 ideas, suggestions or feedback (for example by email), Nxc91 may use them without restriction or compensation, in any way and for any purpose, including in future versions of Launcher1 or other products. You confirm that any feedback you send is yours to share and does not violate anyone else's rights.
10. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nxc91 does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free of viruses, compatible with every device or that any defect will be corrected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Nxc91 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, goodwill or reputation, arising out of or related to your use of the App or the Service, even if Nxc91 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Nxc91's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is limited to the amount you paid Nxc91 for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if you have paid nothing, ten (10) euros.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including any mandatory consumer rights, gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
12. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Nxc91 may suspend or terminate your right to use the App if you materially breach these Terms or if Nxc91 is required to do so by law or by Google's policies. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) survive.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service is the courts of Finland, with the District Court of Helsinki as the court of first instance.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer resident in the EEA, the UK or another jurisdiction with similar protections of the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence, or of any other mandatory consumer right under the law of their country of residence.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform to submit disputes, but Nxc91 is not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution before a consumer dispute body.
14. Changes to these Terms
Nxc91 may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is identified by the effective date at the top of this page. If a change is material, Nxc91 will make a reasonable effort to notify users (for example, on this site or in the App's release notes). Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms, where allowed by law.
15. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Nxc91 regarding the App and the Service, and supersede any prior agreements on the same subject matter.
